I absolutely love Loft. It's a great store with great clothes. Their prices are a bit steep but when they have sales, they have SALES. On this trip it was 40% off the entire store!

This particular store is always busy during lunch hours so be prepared to stand in line to checkout.

All the sales associates here are incredibly nice and helpful! They won't have an attitude if you are frequently asking them for help in checking for available sizes or etc. I asked if they had a tote I wanted in the back because I wanted it to be preferably wrapped, which they didn't have, but the sales associate then took out the one from one of the display cases and let me buy that one! It was really nice of her, and which totally isn't required of them to do that. Plus this store definitely has almost every item of their new lines available (clothes, shoes, accessories, you name it), along with a HUGE sales section upstairs. The only small complaint I'd say is the wait time it takes when you need the associates to check to see if other stores have the items in different sizes. It can take a while, even with few customers (but I guess cause some customers ask a lot of questions to the associates at the register.....), but the floor associates were very good in keeping up to see if I was helped by the register. So over all, I had a wonderful experience as I made some great bargains from the sale rack and lightly chatting with the associates since it was a slow Wednesday.

This place has 5 floors and is amazing. The staff was so helpful and kept bringing me stuff to try on when I asked for help. They were great about letting you bring shoes in the dressing room to try on with clothes (some places won't let you).

I can't stress enough how great the staff was here. They were so upbeat and pleasant to be around!

This is probably the best Ann Taylor of the bunch. I used to come here all the time when my firm was located across the street. Now I make a special trip since they closed the Ann Taylor on the UES.

They have a great selection and a wide variety of sizes. The sales staff is very helpful - in fact one of them took me aside right after I had my first baby and helped me pick outfits to hide my post baby weight. Now they dress me like a Barbie doll!

The gentleman (yes gentleman) who was helping me in the dressing room made some fabulous suggestions for me and was very helpful. They always have some sales promotion which takes some of the sting out of the prices. I definitely enjoy shopping in this store!

I've never set foot in an Ann Taylor before, but I was killing time before meeting a friend and was lured in by the signs screaming SALE!

Even on sale, items here seem pricier than they should be, given that, while well made and flattering, most of the dresses are just a jersey type fabric. Lucky for them, I'm a total sucker for jersey dresses and I positively live in them all summer long.

In the fitting room, I felt like my dress needed a little extra oomph and Eden (who was completely fabulous) went to find me some skinny belts. He brought me back a bright yellowy-green one because he took the time to note my love of color based on the outfit I was wearing that day.

Needless to say, I spent more than I should have, but I think it was worth it. Be warned that they will push very hard for you to sign up for a card with them, and whoever is helping will repeatedly tell you their name to ensure themselves commission. Didn't bother me, though, everybody has to make a living!

I never get things here on full price. I wait for the times when its 40% off on all items, and then I go and raid the top floor where there is a huge variety of deeply discounted clothes.

I love this place because the clothes are better quality than most at this price point and they are consistent with their sizing.

    ZERO STARS!  I
paid hundreds of $$$  for a purchase online to be delivered via USPS, which is offered as a delivery service to a PO Box.  Many, many trips to the local US Post Office only to find out via the tracking number that AT sent my purchase via UPS, which as EVERYBODY, even AT, KNOWS does NOT deliver to the US Post Ofiice.
AT claims that I will now forfeit my purchase if I do not provide a shipment address!!!!!!    After multiple calls to customer service and 123 minutes later of mostly being put on hold and being treated exceptionally rudely by the supervisor, Davionne Peppers, I was referred to Corporate HQ.  I called only to be told that I would be put on hold ( for 67 minutes!) and that the person who answered the phone was. Ot "allowed" to tell me even her first name.  She clamed her title s " switchboard girl!". How bizarre, and unprofessional is this to conduct business in such a manner?  I was also denied the name of the " contact person!". In addition, I asked to be connected to Kay Krill's office, and was promptlyut on hold fr 76 minutes.  I called the number again(5 more times) only to have " switchboard girl" NEVER answer the phone calls.

I remain shocked at the level of unprofessionalism AND the shifting around of a custome to whom they owe 100's of $$$$.

The CEO of AnnTaylor, Kay Krill is hardly conducting a " makeover.". It is more like a sinking of the shipping!   Kay Krill received more than $11 million in compensation last year.  I think she could answer her phone for a customer with a legitimate complaint, or at the very least send me back my $$$$.

I am ridding my portfolio of ATstock.  They do not e en answer the phone!!!!

    NO Stars!!!!!

Like the advertising, "Ann Taylor has great styles for a great price." Especially for teachers who get 15% off anytime.
